The national futsal team of Ukraine held the first match of the group qualifying round of Euro-2022, in which it confidently beat the Albanian team on the road.
The corner kick led to the first goal in the meeting. Mykhailo Zvarych closed the shot from the bottom corner with his partner. It took 43 seconds of the match. The interception allowed Peter Shoturma to double the advantage. The captain of the Shoturma national team scored in the near bottom corner of the goal. After that, Meizini reduced the gap (2: 1).
However, in the 14th-minute Zvarych made a double, and Bila Tserkva also scored. Before that, Brahimi scored for the Albanians (4: 2).
The Ukrainians increased their advantage and celebrated the victory with a score of 10: 3. Zvarych scored a hat-trick, Farenyuk took a double.
In the next match, the Ukrainians will play with the leader of the group, Croatia. The match will take place on March 3.
