The other day in Kherson region there was a presentation of two educational and practical centers: in Novokakhovka Higher Vocational School – for training specialists in the specialty “Electric Welder”, in Kherson Higher Vocational School of Service and Design – for training specialists in the profession “Seamstress. Tailor. Cutter”.
Educational and practical centers have modern material and technical equipment, computer equipment, interactive complexes, new workshops. In order to bring vocational education as close as possible to production and to ensure the relationship between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, teachers will be able to use innovative approaches and techniques. In particular, it is planned to hold master classes, seminars and conferences. All this will contribute not only to the high-quality training of highly qualified workers on the labor market, but also to the promotion of strategically important professions for Ukraine.
As part of the implementation of the Action Plan of the Government of Ukraine to modernize the material and technical base and update the content of vocational education in the Kherson region, 15 training and practice centers have already been established in various professions and areas.
