On February 10 in the western, northern, and central regions there will be snow, in some places heavy snow, in Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions in the afternoon with rain, in the south and east in places moderate rains, in the center in places ice.
Daytime air temperature -2 …- 7 ° С, in the south, center and east 0 … + 5 ° С. Wind south-east 7-12 m / s, in the south-east south-west, 9-14 m / s, in some places gusts 15-20 m / s.
Ukrainians were warned about another complication of weather conditions.
Tomorrow, February 11, weather conditions in Ukraine are expected to worsen again.
In the western, northern, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Poltava regions there is heavy snow, wet snow, accumulation of wet snow, and in some places ice.

The situation on the roads:
On the morning of February 10, significant, in some places heavy snow (snow growth of 5-10 cm) was observed in Volyn, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Rivne, Zhytomyr regions at air temperatures down to -7 ° C. Snow with rain, in places icy rain at negative air temperature in the morning was in Vinnytsia, Kyiv regions with the formation of ice on the surface. Rains in Zakarpattia, Chernivtsi, Mykolaiv regions at an air temperature of 0 … + 3 ° С.
“The condition of the roads on state roads in most areas is snowy,” – said road workers.
It is noted that on the passages of the roads of Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions snow (for the night from 10 to 25 cm on the ground), in the Transcarpathian rain. The road surface is snowy and wet in places, respectively.
On roads of state importance, it is reported that works are being carried out to treat the road surface with anti-icing materials, clearing the carriageway from the snow.
