According to experts, the Carpathians suffered the most – 87 cm of snow fell there. In addition, the highest rates are also in Lviv (up to 40 cm of snow), Ternopil (up to 30 cm), Volyn (up to 33 cm).
In some districts of the Zhytomyr region up to 40 cm of snow fell, Vinnytsia – within 15 cm.
In Kyiv, snowdrifts sometimes reach a maximum height of 30 cm. The Chernihiv region covered more than 40 cm of snow.
