If you suddenly want something sweet and there is nothing at home – try to experiment and cook these wonderful cupcakes dessert in the microwave. They turn out very tender and tasty, but most importantly – are prepared in just a few minutes.
wheat flour – 70 g
cocoa powder – 15 g
sugar – 60 g
egg – 1 pc.
milk – 40 g
sunflower oil – 30 g
baking powder – 2 g
salt – 1 pinch
Preparation:
Take a dry bowl and mix all the dry ingredients in it.
Add the milk and mix well with a whisk and then the oil.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, beat lightly with a fork, then add to the dough and mix well.
Grease the dishes in which you will bake cupcakes well with oil.
Pour your dough into molds (or cups) to half and send in the microwave for 1-1.5 minutes, but here you need to watch the power of your microwave, because if it is not very powerful, the baking time may take a little longer.
Before serving, sprinkle the cupcakes with icing sugar and garnish with fruit. They can also be served with ice cream, cocoa, a cup of coffee, or with your favorite cream.
