President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 94/2021 “On the National Youth Strategy until 2030”.

The goal of the strategy is to affirm the importance of youth for the development of the state, as well as create opportunities for young people to develop in this direction, to be competitive, economically active, responsible, and conscientious.
The document provides for the creation of conditions for enhancing the independence of young people, the formation of their skills for a healthy lifestyle, the development of physical culture, healthy nutrition, etc.
According to Volodymyr Zelensky, the focus of the strategy is on young people, who are recognized as the creators of both their own future and the future of the entire country.
And the state should become a modern and innovative service for young people so that every young person has the desire and opportunity to realize his potential in Ukraine, the Head of State noted.
The decree also provides that for the implementation of strategic directions, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine must develop and approve a social target program “Youth of Ukraine” for 2021 – 2025 within a month.
