On Wednesday, March 17, almost the whole country will be flooded with rain. Precipitation is not expected only in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Odesa, and Zaporizhia. The temperature in the center will drop to + 5 °, although in the south it will still remain at + 12°.
According to Ukrhydromettsentr, on March 17 it will be cloudy with clearings. In the southern part of the rain; the temperature at night 1-6 ° heat, in the daytime 7-12°.
In the rest of the territory, light, in some places moderate rain with wet snow, only in the northern regions at night without significant precipitation; the temperature at night 4 heat to 1 ° frost, in the daytime 3-8 ° heat (in the Carpathians heavy snow, the temperature during the day 1-6 frost).
On the roads of the western regions at night and in the morning there is some ice.
The wind will be southeast, 5-10 m / s.
The situation on the roads:
On March 16 and as of the morning of March 17, the west and south of the country were under the influence of the cyclone and its atmospheric fronts. In the western regions, there are precipitations in the form of wet snow with rain, moderate precipitations in the Transcarpathia and Rivne region (2-8 cm of snow); heavy snow in the Carpathians; rain in the southern and central regions; in the rest of the territory without significant precipitation.
“Coverage on state roads in most areas is wet,” Ukravtodor said in a statement.

On roads of state importance, works are being carried out to clear the carriageway from snow, to treat the road surface with anti-icing materials, drainage, to clean roadsides and public transport stops.
