The Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States, Volodymyr Yelchenko, announced that during this year, a new Ukrainian Consulate General will be opened in the United States in Houston (Texas, USA).

“We will open this year a new consulate general in Houston – this was supposed to happen last year, but because of the epidemic, we had to postpone it,” the diplomat said during an online conference organized by the US-Ukraine Business Council.
The ambassador emphasized that the increase in the number of Ukrainian representative offices in America aims to meet the needs of our citizens and our companies.
In this regard, Yelchenko expressed his gratitude to the US-Ukraine Business Council, which is also making efforts in this field.
