Manchester City officials have said they will perpetuate the memory of Aguero by installing a special and permanent mosaic at the club’s football academy.
It is noteworthy that Aguero is the most productive foreign player in the history of the English Premier League – and in January 2020 he was overtaken by Alan Shearer and set a record for the number of hat-tricks in the Premier League.
The Argentine has won the English Championship four times, won the League Cup five times, won the National Super Cup three times, and won the FA Cup in the 2018/19 season.
