Nissan has unveiled the new Caravan NV350 Office Pod concept. This is a real office on wheels, including a comfortable chair, a table, and all other attributes that we are used to seeing at home or in the office, but not in a car.
More and more people are switching to remote work. Not everyone is positively affected by this, and some still lack a cramped office with constantly hungry employees. Nissan has decided to please those who like the romance of travel and the idea of working in the fresh air.
The Caravan NV350 Office Pod concept involves the purchase of an office on wheels. There is a work section inside the van, and switching from rest to active work is as easy as turning on the computer. The floor has comfortable soft carpeting, and the windows have blinds to create the right atmosphere. The set includes a quality Herman Miller Cosm chair and an antibacterial UV lamp.
For nature lovers, there are sun loungers and an umbrella. In addition, the workplace is controlled through a special application that allows you to literally immerse yourself in the natural environment. Nissan says it can slide the office section out of the tailgate with a single push.
The Caravan NV350 Office Pod is much smaller than a typical mobile home, so it lacks a bed, washbasin, and many other attributes. Nothing is known about plans to commercialize the new concept.
