In Ukraine, 1.2 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, a daily increase of almost 3.8 thousand on January 26, an increase over the day before. Thus for the third week in a row for days people recover more than fell ill.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (437), Kyiv (276), Kharkiv (238), Lviv (221), and Zaporizhia (204) oblasts.
“3,776 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been recorded in Ukraine as of January 27, 2021,” the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov said.
Also, according to him, for the past day:
hospitalized – 2,430 people;
fatalities – 145;
14,250 people recovered;
performed tests per day – 47 120 (including PCR – 27 041, ELISA – 20 079).
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
fell ill – 1,200,883 people;
recovered – 980,085 people;
fatalities – 22,202;
PCR tests were performed – 6,152,298.
