The gold coin in the form of an Easter egg was presented by the Canadian Royal Mint.

The coin is minted from pure gold. In total 250 of them are made.
The reverse depicts an Easter egg by Canadian artist Dave Melnychuk.
“The rooster, a favorite symbol of fertility and awakening, is the central motif and touches the egg shape of the coin, which symbolizes birth. The tail feathers are decorated with beautiful sunflowers, and each flower has eight petals – a number symbolizing eternity and balance.
