The expert gave the Ukrainians a recommendation and explained that the portion size differs significantly between adults and children. So, according to experts, to maintain health, you need to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
“We determine the portion size by the size of the cam. For an adult, the portion is larger than for a child. For an adult, one serving is approximately 100 grams. That is, we must eat 500 or more grams of vegetables and fruits per day. For example, I have 5 vegetables and fruits: an apple, beet, carrot, onion, tangerine, ”said Usenko.
