Cooking a warm salad with potatoes and peppers will take a long time, more than an hour, but the result will not disappoint you.
Ingredients:
300 g of small pink potatoes
1 st. l. olive oil
70 g pitted olives
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 arrows of green onions
2 sprigs of parsley
1 tsp. spicy mustard
1/2 red, green, and yellow bell pepper
1 cl. grape tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
salt and black pepper
Preparation
Wash thoroughly and, without peeling, cut into thick slices or halves of potatoes. Fry in a pan with oil until almost done. Cook in the microwave in the “grill” mode or in the oven at 220 ° C for 7-10 minutes.
Cut into cubes and sauté all the peppers. Mix in a salad bowl slices of potatoes, peppers, olives, tomatoes, washed and chopped onions, and parsley.
Combine in a cup olive oil, wine, and balsamic vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper, and pour the salad dressing.
