Eleven hotels in Ukraine have received permits to open gaming halls, while permits have been denied to seven others.
And in details, The Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission issued a permit for gambling venues for 11 hotels in Ukraine. While seven hotels were rejected.
The building permit allows a gambling operator to collect a package of documents and apply for a license to practice gambling.
It is worth noting that permission has been granted to hotels in Kiev such as (Lybid, Tourist, Ross, and Opera), Bila Tserkva (City Park Hotel), Venezia (France), Rivne (Ukraine), Lviv (Lviv and Grand Hotel Lviv), Odessa (Gagarin) and Kharkiv Kharkiv).
The Fairmont Grand Hotel’s request _ (incorrectly executed documents), the Premier Palace Hotel (5-star expired certificate), and the Intercontinental (the committee was unable to determine the size of the building according to the submitted technical passport)_ Did not obtain permission.
Kiev hotels in Bratislava (no title to the buildings provided) and Verkovina (problem with the building’s technical passport) were also rejected.
The Zaporizhzhya Intourist did not provide a certified technician passport and it was refused.
The Lviv Premier Hotel Dnister filled out the technical passport incorrectly.
