The fish according to this recipe is very tender and just melts in your mouth, and Carp according to this recipe is not prepared quickly, but the result is very tasty. This fish can be served with garnish and as a separate dish.

Cooking time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients:
carp – 1 kg
olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
flour – 1 tbsp. l.
9% vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.
sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
allspice peas – 2 pcs.
bay leaf – 2 pcs.
cloves – 3 pcs.
onion – 4 pcs.
ground black pepper
salt
green parsley
Preparation:
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Fry it in olive oil until golden.
Peel the carp, cut off the fins, head and tail, but do not throw them away. Cut into pieces.
Roll the prepared fish in flour and fry in a pan greased with olive oil.
While the fish is frying, prepare the broth. To do this, place the head, tail and fins of the carp in a pan, fill with water and cook over low heat, periodically removing the foam formed with a spoon.
In a saucepan, transfer part of the fried onions, cloves, bay leaf, sugar, allspice, add vinegar.
On top of the whole mixture put pieces of fried fish, and on top put the rest of the fried onions and pour the fish broth, which is prepared.
Put the pan with the fish on the stove and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

When serving, be sure to pour the fish sauce in which it was stewed, and sprinkle with parsley.
