Ingredients:
onion – 1 pc.
chicken fillet – 1 pc.
olive oil – 3 tbsp. l
tomatoes – 6 pcs.
hard cheese – 80-100 g
salt
ground black pepper
parsley greens
Preparation:
Cut the onion into half rings, also cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
First, fry the onion in a pan, and when it becomes soft and golden, add the fillets. Fry the chicken in a pan until cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, cook the tomatoes. To do this, cut off the top, remove the pulp with a spoon.
Mix the finished mixture with parsley and fill the tomatoes with it. Put the tomatoes in a form greased with olive oil and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
