In 2021, the NSZU will stimulate maternity hospitals to improve and provide complexes of services for mothers and babies. A medical institution that both takes delivery and provides neonatal care (treatment of newborns – ed.) Will receive increasing coefficients for payment for services – 1.046.
“This is good for young patients who will not be transported from one medical facility to another. Because this is a risk for a child. And in the neonatology package, there will be a condition to have a neonatology team that can provide the necessary medical care to a small patient on the road. For neonatal care, we will have almost the highest tariff. Here it will grow to 113 725 UAH for premature babies weighing up to 1.5 kg “, – explained Vilensky.
At the same time, if the medical institution has a neonatal team, then the tariff for helping infants up to 1.5 kg will no longer be 113 thousand, but 135 thousand UAH. At the same time, the tariff for helping newborns weighing more than 1.5 kg will be 25 115 UAH.
