On the morning of March 23, light snow (1-4 cm on the ground) was observed in Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Luhansk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Rivne, and Lviv regions, in the Ternopil region fog; in the rest of the country without precipitation. Roads on state roads in most areas are wet.
There is no precipitation on the pass sections of the roads, and fog on the Abransky and Latirsky passes. The condition of the roads is wet.
On roads of state importance, works are carried out on the treatment of road surfaces with anti-icing materials, cleaning of roadsides and public transport stops, removal of shrubs, and pruning of tree crowns.
