Yesterday, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Egypt Yevhen Mikitenko met with the President of the Egyptian Senate, Counselor Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Razek, in the presence of the advisor to the Secretary-General of the Senate Mahmoud Atman, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Parliamentary Affairs Ambassador Asim Hanafi.
During the meeting, a group of issues of common interest were discussed in many political, economic, scientific and humanitarian fields, as were the exchange of visits by parliamentary delegations.
On the other hand, Yevhen Mikitenko delivered a letter to the President of the Senate, in which he conveyed the congratulations of the President of the Ukrainian Parliament, Dmytro Razumkov, to Chancellor Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Razek, on the occasion of his assumption of the position of the President of the newly re-established and newly elected upper chamber of the Egyptian Parliament.
