The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanovn announced on Facebook that in Ukraine, 1.241 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have already been recorded, a daily increase of less than 5,000 on February 5, a slight decrease compared to the day before. Thus for the fourth week in a row for days people recover more, than fell ill. At the same time, the number of hospitalized has reached almost 1.9 thousand in the last 24 hours.
“4,310 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been registered in Ukraine as of February 6, 2021. In particular, 220 children and 191 medical workers fell ill, ”the minister wrote.
Over the past 24hrs, 1,884 patients were hospitalized with complications and 129 infected died. 7,158 people recovered on Friday.
On the eve of the weekend, experts performed 41,410 tests for coronavirus.
So, During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
- 1,241,479 people fell ill;
- recovered – 1,070,749 people;

fatalities – 23,516;
-
PCR tests were performed – 6,376,032.
