Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine declared suspicion to the People’s Deputy Vladislav Polyak. He is suspected of “button-making”.
The Office of the Prosecutor General, on behalf of the head of the department Iryna Venediktova, reported the suspicion to the People’s Deputy of Ukraine on the facts of voting at the plenary session of the Council instead of another People’s Deputy (“knopkodavstvo”).
This is the first case of prosecution under Art. 364-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
