In this block we will consider two models Tempo R 4-6 and Tempo T 6-7. These models are well suited for small farms in which up to 500 hectares are set aside for sowing industrial crops per seeder.
These models, depending on the size, can sow up to 40-50 hectares per day. The volume of individual seed hoppers is 70 liters. As an additional option, they can be equipped with a system of application of granular mineral fertilizers in the form of openers and a hopper with a volume of 1200 l, which is mounted on the frame of the drill.
A tractor with a hydraulic pump with a capacity of 80 l / min is required for aggregation, taking into account the needs of the tractor itself, and 40 l / min is sufficient when the drive from the tractor PTO shaft is installed. All of them can sow a variety of crops from rapeseed, sugar beet to soybeans and corn, but have some differences.
Tempo R 4-6 – it is a rigid frame mounted on a three-point hitch of a tractor of a seeder of exact seeding, provides excellent maneuverability in the field and demands small turning lanes. It is well suited for farms where the fields have short runs, small size, irregular shape, where maneuverability is required, sow demonstration plots or varietal plots, etc. The distance between the rows can be adjusted, so Tempo R 6 (6 rows) can have a row spacing of 450 or 500 mm, it can be converted to Tempo R 4 (4 rows) with a row spacing of 700, 750, 762 or 800 mm, which allows one drill to sow different cultures.
The unit requires a tractor of 110 hp, two double-acting hydraulic pairs, one with adjustable flow and a back drain without support. In the transport position, the drill has 3 meters.
Tempo T 6-7Is a precision seed drill mounted on the tractor’s three-point hitch, its telescopic frame makes the machine very easy to operate and transport. The telescopic system of retraction of lateral sections, allows to regulate working width so that it corresponded to different types of grown cultures. By changing the width of the frame, you can easily adjust the width of the row spacing and the number of sowing sections. So with the Tempo T 6 seeder (6 rows) you can sow with a row spacing of 500 to 800 mm, and the Tempo T 7 (7 rows) with a row spacing of 500 to 600 mm. Row spacing 450 mm is not available. Suitable for farms growing a wide range of different crops, requires maneuverability, versatility, where the multiplicity of sowing sections of 6 or 7 is important.
