The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky first dismissed two of his orders one day and then reappointed Serhiy Prykhodko, the head of the Rozdilna District State Administration.
It is interesting that Volodymyr Zelensky appoints Serhiy Prykhodko to this position for the second time in a year. This is the first time this has happened in January 2020.
Prior to that, the newly appointed head worked for seven years as the Chief Technical Officer of Khlibna Havan-Terminal LLC in Rozdilna. Also in his labor biography, the work on leading positions in other agro-industrial enterprises of the area is specified.
He has two higher educations: one he received in the specialty of food production equipment, qualification – mechanical engineer; and the second – project management, qualification – project and program manager.
He was a deputy of the Rozdilna district council of the VII convocation.
In July the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the resolution on the creation and liquidation of districts, reducing the number of districts in Ukraine from 490 to 138, reducing their number in the Odessa region.

In the Odessa region, in particular, created: Berezovsky, Belgorod-Dniester, Bolgrad, Izmail, Odessa, Podolsk, and Rozdilnyansky districts.
