Ukraine Announces Its Participation in Gulfood!

Ukrainian companies have announced their participation in the international exhibition Gulfood 2021, which will be the first large-scale offline event in the food sector since the start of the global pandemic.

The KTPP, with support from USAID’s Ukraine Competitive Economy Program, will provide a collective suite of 33 exporting companies.

Among the participants were the most prominent companies in the Ukrainian food sector, in addition to small and medium-sized companies.

As usual in previous years, the collective pavilion production line has been diversified so that Ukrainian exporters offer foreign buyers dairy products, meat, cheese, sunflower oil, nuts, cereals, egg products, baby food, sauces, snacks, sweets, honey, ice cream, tomato paste, and other products.

It is noteworthy that the pavilion among the participants includes certified organic producers, halal producers, and “free” products, and the share of companies with high value-added products is increasing steadily from year to year.

This group pavilion will be held in the most visited pavilion of the exhibition, next to the national and group exhibitions of other countries. The construction of the pavilion, which consists of two parts, will be carried out within a single concept using the official export mark already known to Ukraine “Trade with Ukraine”.

It is worth noting that Gulfood is one of the largest and most prestigious international food fairs in the world, which annually gathers up to 5,000 exhibitors and about 100,000 visitors from 182 countries. The exhibition is essential in the Middle East, as participation in it gives companies access to the UAE market and other countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, and allows you to find potential buyers, get feedback on new products, maintain brand awareness among existing customers and explore market trends. And global trends.
