The Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the UAE, in partnership with the World Economic Forum, the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, and the National Program for Artificial Intelligence, has launched the “Smart Games Competition”, in an initiative that is the first of its kind in the region that aims to employ artificial intelligence applications in developing innovative solutions to provide customized educational tools. Startups from around the world can participate in the competition and send their ideas and projects specialized in employing advanced technology in the educational field and developing the skills of children between the ages of 3 and 8 in a fun and simple way, starting from Monday, February 22, 2021, until next March 30.
A specialized jury comprising experts from the World Economic Forum, the National Program for Artificial Intelligence, the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, and the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the UAE will evaluate the entries and select the competition winners.
The 3 best ideas submitted to the competition will qualify to participate in the global edition of the “Smart Game Awards” that is organized in cooperation with the World Economic Forum next May, and support will be provided to the winner of the winning idea to develop a prototype of the project, experiment and develop it with a group of entities in the UAE.
