Yury Gusev, Director General of the UDIC, stated; During a press conference, the government intends to create a defensive industrial zone on the basis of the Kiev armored plant.
Yury Gusev said that next week we will present to the Prime Minister, members of the government, and deputies a project to establish a defense industrial zone on the basis of the Kiev armored plant. This project will allow Yuri Joseph of the armored plant to gain new momentum for the development of other companies.
Joseph added that a number of defense industry establishments need to re-equip and modernize Yuri Joseph, and we must apply the concept of the defense industrial zone, which will allow these companies to obtain modern buildings, re-equip the infrastructure and other things that provide a suitable working environment for this sensitive industry.
