President Volodymyr Zelensky signed an order appointing Oleg Koval head of the Rivne District State Administration of the Rivne Region. About it writes Depo. Lviv. Order №176 / 2021-RP was signed on March 5.
“To appoint Koval Oleksandr Serhiiovych as the head of the Rivne district state administration of the Rivne region,” it said.
