According to the message of the Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov, in Ukraine, 1.674 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been recorded, the daily increase for March 30 – 11.2 thousand, an increase over the previous day. There are a record number of hospitalizations per day – 5.5 thousand. Also anti-record for fatalities – 407.

Over the past 24hrs, coronavirus was detected in 11,226 people in Ukraine, 407 deaths were recorded, 6,405 patients recovered, and 5,558 people were hospitalized.
Today, this is a record number of fatalities. Prior to that, the worst death rate was 362 deaths on March 25.
The highest number of fatalities was detected yesterday in Kyiv (38), Kyiv (34), Khmelnytsky (28), Zhytomyr (24), and Kharkiv (22) oblasts.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 32,825 deaths have been recorded in the country. The highest mortality rates are in Kyiv (3405), Lviv (2629), Dnipropetrovsk (2357), Kharkiv (1962), and Odesa (1776) oblasts.
The daily incidence rate remains high. The number of patients exceeds the number recovered. This trend is observed for more than a month. Note that yesterday, March 30, the Ministry of Health reported 10,533 new cases of coronavirus, today almost a thousand more infections.
The highest number of new infections per day was recorded in Kyiv (1100), Odesa (1012), Kharkiv (906), Lviv (833), and Zaporizhia (737) oblasts.
Yesterday, 139,224 tests were performed on COVID (including PCR-61,839, ELISA – 21,984, rapid antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2 – 55,401). 8.1 million PCR tests have been conducted in Ukraine so far.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine, 1,674,168 people fell ill; 1,313,481 people recovered, and 327,862 Ukrainians remain, active patients, today.

According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 16th in distribution and 18th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
